Declaring oneself God is the ultimate rejection of God's moral law.

The point wasn't that Man is God (and I don't believe anyone on this thread tried to make that point), the point is that Man is only a PART of the greater whole - or by your definition God - therefore it's only logical that a PART of God exists inside each of us.

It is only Man, by way of totalitarian religion, that attempts to force an individual's free will into a preset structured belief of God. The structure is defined by "believers". All others are infidels or are 'doomed' for eternity, because they don't 'see the light'. As an example, all who don't believe in the Christian ideal, who don't 'accept' Jesus Christ, are now 'doomed'...regardless of actions or morals. Regardless of how morally one lives their life, regardless of how they treat others, one is considered doomed unless they are 'enlightened'.
