I believe the cap will be lifted. I'm not sure USA has an alternative. Consolidation absolutely will follow as a result. That will significantly change the paradigm (reducing to some degree the advantage of CDMA as (one of several way) to increase capacity as well as coverage. I think Nextel is an aquisition target, and I think that is part of the reason for the decision on technology. - Eric -
