OT reply: Looks neat, maybe a tad optimistic. Maybe better to look at the miners as leveraged against the metal vs a pure PE play. So if you think they have a $50 profit p/oz at this price, then a 2% increase in POG delivers a 12% ish increase in profitability p/oz for a 6:1 leverage. Same deal with margin. Now, the 64 carat question is whether you think POG is going down. No, don't bother to answer -vbg-... Others might want to look into their hearts and decide a course of action. John.
