Hi Vi,

Would you mind walking me through this scenario of a defaulting Australian gold miner, down to the bottom lines of--

1. What happens then to the price of gold?

2. What happens then to the Australian dollar?

3. Any effect on the U. S. Dollar?

yes, too many players sitting on the same side of the market, all relying on the central banks to keep rolling over their gold loans and supplying them with bullion...but as Hathaway has said, if only a small percentage of international capital flows flow into gold, the jig will be up.

i notice he recommended GOLD and HGMCY as his top picks...ho ho ho.
