Any volume period. Nothing else is coming out of Intel fabs at .13u at this time. Could change soon.

The thing with Tualatin is that most volumes are going towards mobile designs, which don't have availability metrics like pricewatch. On the other hand, the 1.2GHz Pentium III based on Tualatin has a link right here.

There are also a few of those server 1.26GHz Pentium III chips.

Also, if you look at the web pages for the major OEMs, you will see that nearly all of them advertise Mobile Pentium III-M chips.

Of course, .13u manufacturing won't fully take off until Northwood launches.
