LOL!! Clinton was always good as the butt of a crude joke. W promotes US interests ahead of EU interests. Its not hard to see why he is less popular than Clinton. But therein lies the rub, Clinton or Bush's popularity overseas is really a large irrelevancy. Bush has 90% support at home and that is all that really matters....

"Are you unaware of the popularity of Clinton around the world with both the general populace and it's leaders????"

Yes, I am. I know he was popular with China, but who else? I think a lot of world leaders and citizens laughed at his juvenile chenanigans and moral breakdowns, and I do not think he was effective in foreign relations. Don't like all the blame thrown around for our current situation, but his policies of the last 8 years did not prevent it or recognize it's possibilies. I recently heard commentary about his handling of the situation in Somalia, and it was not flattering at all.

"Were you unaware of the the very poor of opinion the same people held or may still hold for W??"

Are you saying they are of the poor opinion, or were of the poor opinion? Clinton's tenure is over and can be judged. Bush's is just beginning and I believe the world is impressed. When Jesse Jackson compliments a repub, he must be doing something right. I doubt we will both still be posting here in 8 years, but I think history will show who the more effective leader was.
