Jim, BREL is up 88% this week, much faster than my expectation. Ordinarily I'd be out of my long and switch side with that kinda of quick jump. But several factors keep me from bailing too early: (1) very small and tight float, (2) unfading attention in bioterrorism, (3) BREL is still unknown to traders as the principal manufacturer of smallpox vaccine for CDC and DoD BioDefense Program, (4) ACAM will not be able to meet demand from DoD, most likely they must outsource to BREL, and (5) .... If stock hits 25 or so, I'll take it off the table. Regards, Tom
