i also think they are the one working with the Chinese to develop that Chinese version of CDMA and are one of two companies in Europe that have yet to sign a royalty agreement with Qualcomm.

Samsung and Qualcomm have a pretty good relationship, if they acquire Motorola, then MOT would most likely become another allie

I don't want to see siemens acquire Motorola unless it improves relations with Qualcomm
