<<I think you have to accept the number given by MRVC in the Q2 CC, which they said was "between $12 and $13 million" as the actual burn rate. How can you think your calcs are more accurate than the CFO's numbers? You can still go to the website and listen to the CC. It's in the Q&A in response to a question by Chet White>>

Sector I did re listen to the conference call. I must say it was a little creepy listening to Edmond. What I got out of it was that what one might call "pro forma" (excluding non recurring expenses) not the actual cash burn rate was $12 to $13M per quarter. That's probably one reason why I can't reproduce his number. He was responding to a question by Chet White who had concluded that the burn rate was more like $20M per quarter.

Seems like each quarter we have certain non recurring expenses that are excluded to get the pro forma earnings and cash burn rate. I think its naive to conclude that next quarter there will be no further non recurring expenses. It's sort of like the miscellaneous category in your personal budget. Just because you don't know what you will be spending money on doesn't mean that you can neglect the category.
