i agree the un is a sham. it can do nothing against the "biggest kid will do whatever he wants" rule of nature. i don't mind since the US is the biggest kid! if the un starts to get real power over sovereign nations then i would be concerned. i really don't see that happening, but my eyes are open... heck, even afghanistan gives the un the bird. i'm sure there are some one world govt folks out there, however, imho, they will continually be disappointed.
