Waaah! I sold a 1987 Fleer Glossy Barry Bonds rookie card in 1990 for $10. I would have to say that it was Probably in Near Mint condition, even borders, perfect corners and no wear on the finish front or back. Waah! It was at a card show where at another table someone had 15 Big Mack cards for $15 each. I was trying to get out of trading cards so I did not pick them up. It just goes to show that when opportunity knocks we are not always listening Eh? If anyone is interested the Glossy cards came in the Fleer factory Tin boxed sets. I am not sure if they are still traded at a premium to the other cards or not though. If anyone does intend to buy any cards I would suggest that you get out the magnifying glass and check them over well. Also take another card with you that is from the same set to make sure that the card is not Cut. Some people will cut down the sides of a card to make it appear that the borders are even or to cover up damaged sides or corners. The corners and the borders are what are critical in having a good card. The finish front and back being perfect also are what make a Gem Mint card, in other words, Absolutely Perfect. Stay away from cards with Any damage. Bonds cards are fairly new so there should still be a lot of Good ones out there. BTW, the graded cards fetch a premium because they have already been Judged as good cards. Also, hang onto Marks cards as there is Always next year <gg>.

Good Luck to All! If anyone has card questions I would be happy to help. Sincerely, Bob :^)
