This does not bode well for airline safety...as well as the fact that BILLIONS have been collected from us passengers for almost a decade and put into a fund for a new air industry radar system....nothing has been spent and the gov't continues to include this amount to lower debt figures, while plane run into each other on the ground. I fly...I want better systems...especially since they haven't been replaced in 30 years. Now THAT is a REAL upgrade in airsafety. Which the flying public has been entitled to, and paid for a long long time ago. CC
