Ratan, I am a bit confused about your usage of the words You/ your/ our, in the context you used them. would u mind clarififying ?

Certainly, my name is pearly -g-

As far as the discussion goes, I am using the "accepting guilt" rather then "apportioning blame" as a basis for discussing the facts and the problems. I am willing to discuss how The USA and "The West" are doing things wrong only to a certain degree. But I am supposed to be mentioning those items. I would like to hear some of the supporters of the extremist Muslims that have been involved in the Israel, Chechnya, Afghanistan and Kashmir conflicts. Have they any responsibility for the current state of affairs? What could they do different to improve matters??

I regard the Israel / Palestine problem as slightly different btw. The UN has more responsibility in that particular conflict in that it created the State of Isreal, problems were bound to occur. The UN should be there fixing it.

And yes, I really see a single conflict here. Organized by the same central agency, diffuse though that agency is, OBL is a central figure in that organization. It is in India's, Russia's, USA's, Europe's direct interest to crush all these violent separation terrorist movements. The major countries were not unified before, indeed the USA was critical of Russia's tough crackdown of the Chechnya "freedom movement". That has changed now.

The government of Iraq could also make life easier for it's citizens perhaps?
