<<if we bottomed, as is the consensus, we should see upgrades>> ... exactly right ... which is a problem ... ... the consensus for all equity markets is also that they have reached bottom ... and that is not the way bear markets normally end ... ... I have hopes that we will reach a bottom for equities by Thanksgiving (U.S.), but prices could be a lot lower than they are today ... ... I could be wrong, but I think it is still a dangerous time to jump into equities ... ... if people are compelled to buy, it would be a lot safer to average in slowly ... ... just my personal opinion ...
