Thanks for confirming what I was beginning to suspect... your real problem with Qualcomm is you're a luddite :-)

Actually I have nothing against the romance of tube gear, in college in the 1970 time frame, I built an amp better than what McIntosh was doing, using those magnificent UTC LS-65 output transformers (pentafilar windings on ferrite and grain oriented silicon steel cores, they were heavy!), but even then I knew solid state was more accurate if done right.

But the point is, you've done nothing but bash technology here for whatever reason, and the more superior the technology, the more you hate it!

Qualcomm is about quality communications, not data compression - asymptotically approaching Shannon's signaling limit in the real world of wireless is not data compression.

I dipped my toe in for a trade with a tight stop, we'll see if it gets bitten off!! But I'm too anxious about the general market to do any more than that for now and will continue to remain essentially cash.
