Gold tutor,
Each of your arguments hold and lose some water. Sure the picture would be nice. But I have seen the gold display from the USSR at the spokane world's fair, the mint in San Francisco, jars full of gold from a succesful miner in southern oregon in the late 1950's and have owned my own maples and krugs. But I prefer silver rounds, bulky but nice to play with. And much more leveraged than gold to an upward price explosion. I think either e-gold or physical possession can work for exchange, what doesn't usually work is endless debate or the continuing printing if an endless fiat currency. BTW do you own any gold or silver mining shares?? I know it's just paper but I am finally seeing some appreciation and waiting for a lot more.
Tom
