Hi Mrs. P. I think that we're in the middle of a long term "working out of the excesses" Process. But
the thought is that we're at an investible low point, mid way through the process.

This is a very unusual period of history compared to our Post WWII experience. Nothing new about that,but
it does make for a situation where we can spin out many many different and divergent scenarios.

One example of something that would be very destabilizing would be if China, were to move into Tawain under
some pretense, due to this war on terrorism.

Jorj mentioned that some of the US Navy assets had been moved out of the South China sea due to the current
Afgan operations.
