Well... in any case.... David Rickey bought some of those shares as part of an option exercise in which they were only 6 cents ITM. That kind of tells me that the game plan is to hold for long term gains. Why else exercise them now?

Course, he must have thought they wouldn't be OTM or why exercise them at all? He was early on the previous purchases since the price has now fallen and he'll owe taxes next year on the difference between fair value on that day and the price of the options even without selling them.

I still really like seeing insider buying especially out of their own pocket, especially in big blocks like this and really like seeing insider holding. I wish we'd see it on more companies. Maybe we will.
