If it was a sarcastic remark to get a joke, then I misinterpreted. It looked like you were belittlling our military intelligence. If you were not, sorry for the mis-interpretation.

And if I'm not mistaken, you do dis Bush. Didn't you recently claim he was not a very good leader in the foreign relations department. Or do I have you confused with someone else?
