Hi gold_tutor:

I concur with your view on physical silver. The best indicator you could ever hope for signalling the end of a run in the silver price is an announcement that the Johnson Matthey plants are going to 3 full shifts. This usually means the Indian subcontinent is unhoarding the family silver in a big way.

The last time this happened was when silver hit about $7.20. I got pilloried for suggesting the Fund I co-managed at the time unload the silver futures at $6.80 for this reason. For all I know, the fund is still holding them.
