<Signs to look for>: Exactly what I was looking for. It's a toughy, because I've always felt a deal would be done, and it will be for at least $4 bucks. One of those hate to get cute deals again.

<2) Someone got wind of a deal in the works (JV or takeover).> That is a possibility. Could be that Dolores alone will be sold. That would explain why exploration efforts on Dolores appears to have stopped and are now centered on El Malacate.
