Pakistan's economy is primarily agrarian and seems quite capable of supporting its growing population of 130 million.

Not only that, but without U.S. help and chilly relations (until these last few weeks), it has done quite nicely in building a conventional and nuclear arsenal.

I found it interesting that Pakistan's military has an official website (very well designed, by the way) which lists 11 Indian cities as "Nuclear Targets", along with the populations of those cities.

Can you imagine if other nuclear nations (admitted, or not) put on their official websites lists of foreign cities that are nuclear targets????
