Everything indicates it should be a good Tanzania area play, with properties in the right area of the Lake Victoria Gold Belt (one JV with Barrick), but stock performance has been poor.
chart.canada-stockwatch.com

"In early 2001, Tan Range shareholders elected a new Board of Directors, consisting primarily of former officers and directors of Pangea Goldfields. Barrick also acquired Pangea for C$204 in July 2000."

If there is renewed action in the area, TNX might be good for at least another speculative double ($c0.30-to-$c0.60) Barrick exercised their warrants for $c1.35 back in June, so they must still be interested.

Thanks guys

I want to pick something up on Mon.
I'm looking at MFL and TNX or possibly
going for more BAY or FGX.
TNX as far as I have looked has dropped for no apparent reason unless of course of its geographic location to the middle east. I don't know the politics on this.
I must say that as I am heavily invested in Mexico now and like the geo political environment there at this time.
I may be inclined to continue my investing there.
TNX is in very close proximinity to a great deal of new mining interests in Africa. The Pangea buyout is very close by. Barrick is also invested in TNX and their current drill project. Tan Range has a web site at ?. I'm going to search it out again next.

Regards

Scott
