Maybe this is the case and I have not heard it. I would have also thought that wealthy AIDS patients from countries like the US, Japan, Germany, etc would be willing to make a visit for the 16 weeks (if I remember correctly) of treatment if they or their Doctor thought it could be helpful if all else has failed and they were facing death.
