Hi Murrey. Sounds like a good plan. I still like BEAS and watch it weekly. These prices in here, well, we may look back in a couple of years and wonder why we didn't load that pickup you mentioned!

Firewood down here is expensive this year. With all the downed trees from last year's ice storm, I'd think there would be plenty of wood for sale at reasonable prices. Not so.
