Many say Bush is to be admired for not having taken "retaliation actions", in spite of the domestic opportunities (obviously two meanings for that, both very valid) Btw, what is the difference between "revenge" and "retaliation", words and concepts not easy to translate to other languages, cultures. "dead or alive" for a money is fairly simple, in spite of the view that "civilization" developes through courts and legal systems. Ilmarinen But everyone according to his domestic culture???
