I find it highly unlikely that any hammer is sampling on .13µ, not to mention SOI.(It would be nice but I don't think it's happening now.) In conference AMD has stated that .13µ, SOI, and Hammer(Claw) production would start in Q4 '01. But they did not link those things(at least to my mind) and I find the linkage of these three individual things unlikely for all of Q4 -- and indeed, Q1'02 also. AMD made a distinction of SOI Hammer which was scheduled for release in 2H'02 in their July 26th conference. I found that peculiar at the time. That is not to say that some Hammer silicon is not sampling, and VirtuHammer has been running for 9 months now. I'd guess we'll find out in a week or so. tgptndr
