The majority interpretes the constitution by assigning the supreme judges... So lets not overlook the majority, as well as the often creative interpretation of the constitution. Ilmarinen The vietnam war is considered to have had the most vital part in the rights of minorities, no?? Kind of civil rights and education in the army, coming back, no?? (not to forget the power of the video camera and the TV set in every home, but that depends on the owner of the license to transmit, except for kind of PBS and CSPAN)
