Please do not ask for a rubbing on who has the right to vote and who hasn't... How many bubbles on a bar of soap and can you recite, as well as interprete the constitution?? Ilmarinen Btw, regarding Scotland, do you know when one didn't have to pay poll-tax anymore to vote in UK?? When in US?? What kind of football did US play with guys like Saddam, the Shah, Osaman, Noriega, Mobuto,etc,etc,etc.. Is that really that difficult?? After understanding that one can try to understand even more, but one cannot take five steps without the first.
