Just thought of an example of something that isn't justiciable just to make the point very clear. then .... I think you did not understand what I wrote - stating someone else's position does not mean that I endorse it. Gee, I thought you were proposing your own personal example to make a point very clear ..... Then you go on to discuss the Pope and crimes against humanity in the same sentence. Then you state I didn't understand ..... Yep, you must be an attorney. Peace .... JB
