<OT> J Langholtz: My support of LEAP is simply as an acquisition target.

If Nextwave survives at all as an operator. LWIN is the perfect marriage.

If Nextwave was allowed to keep all of it's licenses.

A combined LEAP/Nextwave network would boast almost a combined 213 million POP's. That's bigger than Sprint, Verizon, Nextel.

and would look like this:

If Nextwave released/sold the C blocks and were allowed to keep the D,E,F Blocks. Nextwave would have total POP's of 53.23 Million and LWIN would have 73.5 million POP's. Or 126.8 Million POPs total.

I just find it amazing how LWIN has acquired spectrum mostly around Nextwave's holdings!
