Kap, if that's true, then Northwood should be an interesting disruption to their model ratings. It seems like SpecInt really favors extra cache. Look at the difference between the 700MHz large cache Xeons, compared to the Pentium III at 700MHz. There is a 40% increase in the score. Of course, that's with 2MB vs 256KB of L2 cache. But still, I think 512KB vs 256KB should give Pentium 4 a good boost in this benchmark.
