BTW, how come we haven't seen big $ rewards for those who would hand out the List, or a part of it.

I include the "terror cell" the article references as being among his "friends".

He also has " friends" that are posturing as our friends right now. Several of our alliances with Muslim (and non-Muslim) nations are very tenuous, and could shift quickly should their own internal domestic security become a serious issue. This is, IMO, a very fragile coalition.
