I interjected in your discussion of "absolute" values because your clearly stated belief in absolute values did not correspond to some of your previous references to God as being at best a luke warm belief. It is difficult for me to reconcile your dismissal of God with your avowed adoption of the certainty of perfect and unqualified values.

If you had merely stated that you believed there was a rational basis for specific ordering of values, then I would not be nonplussed. Believing that rational people can form rational (and differing) opinions about the essence of reality is hardly a controversial point. Such a remark says little. However, your mild and probalistic belief in a deity seems to millitate against the authenticity of your ABSOLUTISM of Supreme values. I was only hoping to clarify your position in order to clarify my judgement.
