"Rules and regulations seem to have been in place and not followed." That is true but you know the time for us to rid our government of professional politicians is our biggest hurdle. it is time to upgrade our politicians... . . In the short term,any politician out there that jumps on the tragic event of Sept 11 to increase government spending vote their asses out (if they are running for re-election) this November.It is your duty as a voter to find out from your representative how they stand on this issue.They are our biggest enemy. :) Dennis
