Oh taste definitely, most so.. you know. I mean I look positively drab in puce, and saffron and silk clings like a wet puppy on my buns, it's tawdry. Can you imagine? You are at some hold up or something tacky and there are these common criminals you have to arrest or something scandalous will happen to the neighbourhood. Probably some fat slimy store owner will be out on his insurance, so it's not like a social situation but there are sartorial limits. You simply have to look better than a cross between a wino and colour blind hairdresser when you say "freeze, or I'll shoot scumbag." One simply has to have a sense of propriety.
