Russ:

Intriguing back-and-forth on your hypothetical senior/MFL conversation. IMO, US$20/au eq. oz seems about right. Economics are very good, CAPEX reasonable, country risk good, multi-metal deposit attractive. On the downside, they have about $5-7M (?) worth of work to do to complete a feasibility study, gold is under $300, silver under $5.

I'd take $4.75/share in overpriced senior stock, but I'd like to keep the success of MFL mgt/exploration team intact. I.e., list a new stock that gets all the N. Sonora properties. All MFL shareholders are dividended a stake in this new company.

Another possibility (besides the takeover or JV scenario): Franco-Nevada or similar company takes on the role of mine finance house. A sweet royalty on Delores (5%?) gets FN into the silver royalty business, in exchange for $5-7M and a loan for the Delores CAPEX after a bankable feasibility study is delivered. Win-win deal.
