I agree with you but the terrorists would probably pay cash up front for the expertise. Here this past August several Arabs were in town testing crop dusting planes. Several power plants exist immediately north of the U.S. border and feed a very important power grid. Hitting that on a January night in a 40 below winter would cause more carnage than the WTC. The Indians up north would all freeze because they don't cut or collect wood anymore and depend on modern conveniences. If their power was cut and they could not tune Oprah in on the dish there would be sheer panic for these northern people. God help us all...
