20:1 the CIA didn't recieve the required Hillary "..check-out a weapon & silencer.." I.D. Cards or the required funding to carry that out. So, it would have been just another empty Clintwit jesture/distraction. Likewise, there probably wasn't an unrelated aspirin factory nearby - to provide a convenient pseudo-target to provide evidence the the Slicktster actually did something. Besides, I don't believe that (..without a link to a government publication..) - since there is a "..no assasination.." law on the books and Clintwit would have needed to or three years to determine what all the verbs in the legislation meant (..to cover his ass, or pud, as the case may be..).
