HT: First let me say that if I ever offend you I am already "begging" for your forgiveness. You are so precious in the eyes of God; God forbid if I would offend your spiritual sensitivities.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE listen to my words. What all this boils down to, and I have been a Christian for 34 years is a dwelling place. God desires to dwell in you and in me. In the wilderness God dwelt among His people. Christ dwelt among us when He lived on the earth for 33 years. A Father desires to dwell with his family, his children.

My Children are not perfect. That does not change one iota how I look at them. I love them. I know that with my care and love and prayers and with Gods help they will be more Christ like 20 years from now but I wont love them more 20 years from now .

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE consider a house to be bought . A very righteous man is buying this house. This is probably not the best example but it is all I can think of right now. He buys a house. He starts looking around and finds hidden whiskey bottles, pot roaches, porn magazines, weak areas in the floor, where termites ate the floor away, all sorts of things. So what does he do. He starts cleaning up the place , right ? Changing what He wants to so He will feel at home there, comfortable there, happy there. Same with the furniture. Gets rid of a lot of new stuff, some old stuff. Brings in some old stuff, some new stuff. He scrubs, he cleans , he paints, he replaces, he tears out , he builds up. But pretty soon He looks back and says , now that is what I had in mind when I bought this place.

God is the same way. He is searching for a dwelling place and He moves in exactly how He finds it. It doesn't have to be perfect, or even clean !! He loves the dwelling place. The places He chooses have 'character', or 'charisma', or 'style' or 'pizzzzazzz', or 'promise', or 'potential'.....and you have all things....every one of them, what a great dwelling place you will be some day.

God will never ever love you any more than what or how much He loves you today, yes today ! Sure He has a plan for you , changes to be made, but He will not love you more than what he does today. Yes .Sure. You will be more palatable to Him, easier to live with when He is able to change a few things around, but He saw your house, in fact lived there once, in fact built the original house, and wants to move back in.........

please consider my words and do so today; let Him move back in !!!!!!!! In Christ.gregor

Of course there is something in each of us that is loveable. Of course there is something in each of us that our Lord was willing to go to the cross for. Each of us is so very valuable that it is God's desire that none perish but that all should have eternal life.

After all, if we are so unworthy or so stained or soiled then why would we really care about each other. If we sink up the place that badly just "letem all die and go to hell".

You see ! The problem never has been our good works or good deeds or our righteous behavior; unless of course you are counting that for righteousness or access or acceptibility to God; hasn't the problem always been the stains and spots ?

Tootin 'A' I was worth dying for ; glad He did it i.e. went to the cross for me ....you see ,I didn't ask to be born into this world did you ? I couldnt help I was a mean little rotten kid, brat, delinquent, little mean menace..

It's all about understanding the holiness of God or at least it's all about starting there. On the one hand I dont know why I was so mean; on the other hand I know I made those choices myself and deserved hell. I'm still not what I should be but I never question Gods love for me . Its grace, I dont deserve it; BUT I'M surely not going to debate it for the rest of my life while people are dying and going to a hell that was never intended for man...but fallen angels. In Christ......
