Even when American service men are operating in harms You would think that Bush would quit trying to funnel all the federal surplus to his buddies at a time like this. He wants to accelerate tax cuts to the richest as if that will fight terrorism. Maybe he should consider tax cuts for those at the income level of the military instead. They're more worried about the nation's capital than a capital gains. TP
