That is EXACTLY why I keep a large stash of powder primers and bulletts at several locations, just in case it gets impossible to "own " certain or any weapons. You should be easily able to cross the border and buy your reloading components for any of the rifles. Incidentally I have been around for awhile, now 59, and have watched American gun ownership rights dwindle gradually even under Lyndon Johnson (1964, and he was a hunter) Both Bushes are/were. Bullett technology has advanced so far I almost never cast my own anymore, but still have all the dies, though cast bulletts not!!! recommended for M1A, Garand or M16. When terrorism begins to grow rampant in this country we will have quite a tussle between those who think stiffer gun laws will help and those like me who will just hide most of the weapons they have. And of course most of the arms one should be getting or have been getting in these last few years are from individuals Jim Black
