Rich, apparently a “Zero Discharge” is in of itself a permit
How does one produce something with no byproduct?
Do they store the “muck”?
Is the “muck” not that much in quantity?
Can a zero discharge permit last long enough (more than 30 days) to actually show some repeating checks?
I think they took on USPS to avoid the whole permit issue since assuming USPS does not have the questionable problem with the State ADEQ authorities. I know some say it's because Gardner is smarter than Twiford and Jensen combined but how could that be?

Why are the owners, Jensen & Twiford, of the latest secret process that has produced 8 oz of Platinum and is projected to produce more, not as smart as Gardner who has not produced anything on his own?
Nope - I think the water permit issue is stinging GPGI into deals from the outside and USPS is perfect, a Desert Dirt comrade with no State Authority scar tissue. It has nothing to do with brains.

GPGI needs to continuously disclose to shareholders where they are in addressing the Water permit issue. Because without clearing this permit hurdle they will always be producing 8 oz and not the huge amount projected from a 5 day production schedule that is clearly tabulated in their PR. That's 8 oz not 4,368 Oz until this is addressed OR they use USPS for their production (not brains)
