An important point was that the Wagner patents scope ruling would be issued in two weeks. ESPD was spinning the preliminary in their favor. CME and CBOT were spinning the other way. Checking the news it looks like the ruling hasn't been issued yet. Or at least I didn't find it in a quick look. Have you found it? What's that mean?
