The sickos have been yearning to use mini-nukes for years now. The pencil heads are pretty sure it can be pulled off and would love to gather statistics from the results. This is just MHO, but I'd bet it's on the money. The problem with this of course is that it's old fashioned warfare. Fear ain't working so well anymore. PS,, the depleted Uranium warheads they used on Iraq and Yugoslavia have given the nuts thousands of hours of fun, counting deformities and miscarriages...
