Per CNN, many experts feel that the video tape by bin Laden was made several days before, not after, the US air strikes.

The video was filmed in daylight. At the time of the video release Afghanistan was still in darkness. The video could not have been post attack if UBL was in Afghanistan.

Ibexx, Re: "Per CNN, many experts feel that the video tape by bin Laden was made several days before, not after, the US air strikes."

The fact that bin Laden's tape was filmed during the day, while the air strikes were at night, also clued me in.

Thanks for the update, though. I pray that the U.S. is ready for any retaliation tomorrow.
