I noticed the the data on silver production. In 1980-1982, I can understand why production ramped up despite the recession, silver prices helped primary mines produced more silver despite a 2-3% drop in secondary production

Did you see the 1991 recession that coincide with much lower (and trending lower) silver prices, a drop of 15.7% in 4 years. Could we see a reduction of this magnitude or greater in 2002-2004 ?

Are you beginning to look at silver in a more positive manner?
After the 1974 recessions, silver prices went up 400%. With a little more inflation (which is likely) in 2002-2004, we could see a double or more ??

With so many silver projects awaiting higher prices, production cut in the base metals and primary silver mine as well, we could could see a cut of 90-120 million ounces ???
