Thanks Rashid, Generally for gene therapy you would not want the vector to go into the genitals as it could potentially affect your germline(offspring)...so if for some reason, the vector is harmful...it could also be passed on genetically(although I'm not sure if it can infect sperm...there is a big stink against germline gene therapy). A group in Germany published a paper, saying that AAV might contribute to male infertility. BWDIK? (I'm a trader/snowboarder : )
