Nice observation....and it could explain some of the discrepancy.

I believe that Mika provided the statistic that the UK was seeing around 90 MOU per sub. This is in contrast to around 480 for PCS. I provided some of the other US wireless companies MOU on the Nokia thread and they were all significantly higher than the numbers from Europe.

Perhaps it is a combination of SMS and Calling Party Pays....
