i suppose you are right. although i think that if they've got millions of dollars in sales in non-u.s. sales a month then it will get noticed without u.s. approval. pennsaid users and the new doctors prescribing it are bound to start thinking about where pennsaid comes from , and how to invest in it.

one "good" announcement, like wf-10 results or a big europe partner and we easily double from here. hope i can buy some more shares before that happens.

Have you been in Bermuda recently? If so any sign of Pennsaid being sold there?

Good points about FDA.

In fact we're actually waiting (still waiting) for 2 FDA NRs. One for WF-10 and one for Pennsaid.
